The Jubilee Frame package contains all the articles you need during and after your event, therefore, this LISTING comes with:

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Jubilee Guestbook are fully customized and cannot be refunded. However, we do offer replacement if you ship the product within 3 days of delivery. It should be in the same condition and customers will have to bear the return shipping charges.
