2.1. The products available on the website are subject to stock availability.
2.2. The displayed prices are in USD and include VAT where applicable.

6. Return Policy
6.1. Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the order’s receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation.
6.2. Personalized products cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.4. To request a return, the Buyer must submit a request to the email provided in the “Contact” section, including order details and the reason for the return.
7. Warranty
7.1. Products come with a 12-month warranty, in accordance with applicable legislation.
7.2. For any warranty-related issues, the Buyer must submit a complaint to the email provided in the “Contact” section.
