Our products are 100% customized according to the model chosen by you and the data you provided us in the order form or later. The execution of the product is done after we send one or more graphic models from which the client accepts one for which he sends us his written consent to start the execution.
The execution term is the one displayed on the site, and it begins from the date when we received the client’s consent for one of the graphic models. Please consider that during the production process there could be situations that may lead to delays (equipment failures, crisis situations (medical or of other kind), lack of raw materials, etc.).
If there is a delay of more than 5 days from the estimated time, the client will be informed in writing. Delivery times are only estimates of transit time and cannot be guaranteed either by us or the shipping company, so please place your order long before the event, so that delays due to unforeseen events and that we cannot handle (for example, delays due to customs procedures) do not affect you and you receive the product in a timely manner.
Once the product has been delivered to you, you will receive a Tracking Number from us, with the help of which you will be able to follow the route of the package to its final destination.
The products are delivered in specialized packaging that offers adequate protection during transport.
If, when receiving the package, you notice that it has traces of blows, please report this to the agent from the transport company, before opening the package.
In order to reduce or eliminate the consequences that such an event (damaged package in transport) may bring, please request the insurance of the package during transport. The costs of this service differ from case to case and are paid by the client.
